The primary focus of this program will be to support participants to connect with and be guided by their own womb wisdom about nourishing themselves with herbs.  Sama will be available to answer questions and offer suggestions based on her training as an Herbal Womb Wellness practitioner, including guidance on how to implement a Womb Steaming practice, as well as how to include herbal teas, tinctures, oils, and balms in a devoted Womb Wellness practice. 

 

Each live session will start with a guided womb listening meditation in which participants will access their own womb wisdom about any healing processes they need to attend to and how the elements, Earth, Air, Fire, and Water are flowing through them. 

 

They will be invited to notice any imbalances or restrictions in the flow of these elements and connect with plant allies that might support them with these imbalances.  After the guided meditation, participants will be invited to share about their insights, ask questions, and receive additional information and guidance from Sama.

These live workshops will be accompanied by an in depth questionnaire that participants can use as a workbook to explore the insights and information they are receiving in the program.
