Thank you for taking the time to review my privacy policy.
It is simple.
I receive your contact information, ie: email address, name, phone number, only when you give it to me by filling out a form, answering a survey, sending me an email, signing up for one of my services, or calling me on the phone. I respect and honor your privacy and would never give your contact information out to anyone without your permission.

When you give me your email address, I am careful to only add you to the mailing list you have requested to be on, related to the information you are asking me to send you. You are welcome to unsubscribe to any mailing list I have added you to or that you have subscribed to at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email, replying to the email to request to unsubscribe, or by emailing me at the address linked below.

If you have booked a session with me or signed up for a class through my website here, I may occasionally send you announcements about upcoming offers or events you might be interested in. If you don't want to receive these emails, or want me to remove your email information from the storage here on my website, please let me know by emailing me through the link below as well.
My website collects information about you and attaches “cookies” to your browser to remember you when you visit again and make your repeat visits to my site easier, as far as I understand. Apparently this information is kept secure behind a firewall. I do not have access to this information as far as I know. If there are ways to access it, I have not learned how to use them nor do I know what I would use them for. I understand that some business people use information sites like mine gather, like how frequently you visit, how long you stay on each page, etc., to analyse their website and make it more user friendly. I am not that advanced. I prefer spending my time outdoors in the garden.
