One of the messages from the womb that I have learned to hear through assessing the menstrual cycle is fatigue. It is understandable that our wombs are growing ever more exhausted from the generations of exploitation and neglect they have experienced.
Many womb bearers experience increasing signs of Uterine Fatigue as we age. Many are dismissed by medical practitioners who are under educated and under concerned about menstrual symptoms and what they tell us about our overall health and well being.
Many are offered hormonal birth control which artificially stops the symptoms without addressing the underlying causes.
As a Certified Vaginal Steam Facilitator and Herbal Womb Wellness Educator, I am passionate about sharing what I have learned about how we can address the underlying causes of Uterine Fatigue by listening carefully to the signs and signals our wombs are giving us and taking appropriate action.

The womb often plays the role of the canary in the coal mine, letting us know that our lifestyle is endangering our health. Our wombs are undernourished and overworked, as are all of our other organs. The womb simply has a more obvious communication method than our other organs to.
When womb bearers opt for hormonal birth control or hysterectomies to deal with these communications from the womb, they are silencing or removing the voice of an important messenger that is warning them of greater health problems that will develop if things don't change.

I've definitely had uterine fatigue most of my life. My periods have always been LONG-usually 6-9 days. This includes 1-2 days of spotting before and after the actual period.
